Yes I survived the 30 Day Squat Challenge. Guess what? I am doing this challenge again. I did see results from doing this challenge the first time around. My booty is getting rounder (no I’m not showing you any pictures of that).
The second half of the 30 Day Squat Challenge really challenged me. LOL! I had to break out the David Morales Ministry of Sound Session Seven just to get through the workout.
I have added the resistance bands to the squat challenge so I can do some upper body. This will add more resistance to the squats too.
I have also added the ankle weights. I alternate days in which I use them.
The 3lb hand weights I have used to add resistance and incorporate the upper body too.
