I just wanted to touch base with you all. The past couple of months have been really busy for me. A lot of my time was spent with my youngest as her final year of high school came to a close. Between college visits and her high school musical, life got pretty hectic. In the meantime I have some catching up to do.

Speaking of school, Naomi was awarded the Green Garner Scholarship. #proudmommy

Super Bowl 50 Inspired Look: Carolina Panthers

I remember when the Carolina Panthers first joined the NFL as an expansion team. The Panthers are making their second Super Bowl appearance this time around. Their first was Super Bowl XXXVIII. The team colors for the Carolina Panthers are blue, black, and Silver.

Super Bowl 50 Inspired Look: Denver Broncos

Today February 7, 2016 is Super Bowl Sunday. I must say this has been a very interesting NFL season. The Denver Broncos suffered an embarrassing defeat in Super Bowl XLVIII. This should be an interesting game against the Carolina Panthers. The Denver Broncos team colors are navy blue and orange.

Coastal Scents Purchase: Getting Ready for Winter Part II

Coastal Cocoa.jpgThe Winter months do have me fighting extra hard to maintain beautiful skin. Coastal Scents is currently having another sale on their website.

Coastal Cocoa2.jpgThis time around I purchased the cocoa butter and more black soap. I am continuing the non ashy Winter theme. The cocoa butter is a nice addition.

I purchased more black soap just to stock up. I previously purchased the Liquid Black Soap. I wanted to try the Liquid Black Soap with aloe vera.

I also purchased more the of Black Soap with Cocoa Butter and Black Soap with Shea Butter Unscented. This should take me well into Spring.
