Next on my list for the NFL teams makeup look are the Dallas Cowboys. The Dallas Cowboys have won five Super Bowl Championships. Their team colors are navy and silver.

Summer is officially coming to an end. I wanted to squeeze out one last Summer tutorial. The Sleek Makeup Sunset Palette seemed right for this occasion.

NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil (used as a base on eyelids) – Rust

Rust color shadow applied to the inner and outer third of the lid

Gold shadow applied to the center of the lid

NYX Cosmetics Matte Bronzer (used as a crease color) –Dark Tan

Black shadow applied to the outer v

A Closer Look: NYX Cosmetics Concealers

I am so in love with the concealers from NYX Cosmetics. These have been my go to concealers as of recent. It’s always a bonus to find a beauty product that’s not only affordable but of great quality too.

I’ve had these concealers for a while now.

Here are the shades I purchased:

Above & Beyond Full Coverage Concealer (L-R) Glow, Tan, Nutmeg

These concealers blended nicely and felt lightweight.

(L-R) Glow, Tan, Nutmeg

I used the shade in Nutmeg to cover the hyperpigmentation on my chin.

I purchased Deep in the in the Dark Circle Concealer.

This concealer really does cover the dark circles

Whenever I use a powder foundation I prefer to apply the concealer first. I prefer to apply the concealer after I have applied liquid foundation though.

Summer Makeup Tutorial: Featuring the BH Malibu Eyeshadow & Blush Palette

When I first received my Malibu Eyeshadow & Blush Palette from BH Cosmetics, I immediately thought this is a great summertime palette.

Here is the look I created using this palette

Applied the NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk as a base to the lids

Applied the yellow shade to the inner third of the lid

Applied the lime green shade to the center of the lid

Applied the matte teal shade to the outer third of the lid

Used the tan shade as a blending color for the crease and brow bone

Applied the dark brown shade to the outer half of the crease

Used the beige shade as a brow bone highlight

Applied the Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner in Navy to the upper lash line

Applied the Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner in Lionfish to the lower lash line

Applied Benefit they’re real! Mascara to the upper lashes

Applied the coral blush to the cheekbones

Applied the bronzer to highlight my cheekbones

Finished the look with Stila Lip Glaze in Orchard

ULTA had a sale on their Automatic Eye Liners for one dollar each. You don’t have to tell me twice to take advantage of this deal.

Here are the eyeliners I purchased:

Black Plum – deep purple matte
Cobalt – navy blue matte
Teal Blue – teal blue metallic shimmer
Capri – blue with metallic shimmer and silver glitter

(top to bottom) Capri, Teal Blue, Cobalt, Black Plum

The Teal Blue, Capri, and Cobalt looked similar when I swatched them on my hand. It could be the lighting though.

I also purchased the NYX Eyebrow Gel in Espresso.

This gel is really pigmented. A little goes a long way. The price of the NYX Eyebrow Gel is $6.99

I also had a $3.50 ULTA coupon to use and $3.00 worth of rewards points. The total price of this purchase came to $4.80 (price including the 7% sales tax).
