Homecoming Style 2015

Homecoming for my youngest daughter Naomi was held Saturday, November 7, 2015. She is a high school senior now and it was amazing to see her style evolve for homecoming. I have watched her grow into a polished young lady. Naomi also used homecoming as a way to practice for her Senior Prom.

Naomi purchased her homecoming dress earlier this year from Goodwill. She didn’t believe in spending a lot of money on homecoming. The shoes and purse are her sister’s The necklace was given to her.

Naomi styled her own hair. She make clip-ins for extra fullness. Naomi has also gotten quite good at doing her makeup. The only thing I did was her eyeshadow.

MAC Purchase from King of Prussia Mall

MAC Purchase

It’s safe to say I’ll be making a trip back to the King of Prussia Mall. I don’t know when though. Finding a MAC store at the mall is enough for me to make a return visit. LOL! This was a pleasant experience for me. Everyone was so helpful and attentive. Needless to say I made a purchase.

  • MAC Eye Brows – Spiked
  • MAC Lip Pencil – Nightmoth

The matte lip is very popular for Fall. Sin is a great shade for me to wear this season.

I must say the eye brow pencil in Spiked is my all time favorite. I have used other pencils, brow powders, and eyebrow gels. I always seem to find my way back to Spiked. It’s tried and true.

Lush Purchase from King of Prussia Mall

Lush Purchase                            I was on the other side of Pennsylvania for a college visit in Philadelphia. I also spent some quality time with my cousin and her family. One place we visited was the King of Prussia Mall. That place is huge. I was delighted to find a Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics store. The store is a nice size. The sales associates were very helpful.

With the weather cooling off I still want to maintain smooth skin. Rough with the Smooth was recommended to me. Lush Purchase 3

I’m not going to say I didn’t need the 10 Piece Blue Syntho Set from Crown Brush. Even my oldest commented on how I have another brush set. I hope she isn’t keeping track of my Crown Brush orders from HauteLook. LOL!  I will say the Oil Control Blotting Paper Trio was definitely a need.
