Walgreen’s BOGO Sale on Shea Moisture

I took advantage of the buy one get one free sale Walgreen’s had on Shea Moisture products.

This is what I purchased.

  • Jamaican Black Castor Oil Strengthen, Grow & Restore Leave-In Conditioner
  • Jamaican Black Castor Oil Strengthen Grow & Restore Treatment Masque
  • Raw Shea Butter Moisture Retention Shampoo
  • Raw Shea Butter Restorative Conditioner

Walgreens Purchase2  I stuck with the Raw Shea Butter Moisture Retention Shampoo and Restorative Conditioner. I didn’t feel the need to try a different shampoo and conditioner at this time.

Walgreens Purchase3  I started using the Jamaican Black Castor Oil Strengthen, Grow & Restore Leave-In Conditioner during the Winter. It’s been a great addition to my haircare routine.

Walgreens Purchase5  I’ve had my eyes on the Jamaican Black Castor Oil Strengthen Growth & Restore Treatment Masque for quite some time. I’m glad Walgreen’s had this in stock.

Shea Moisture Haul from Walgreens

This week all Shea Moisture products are buy one get one free at Walgreens. You need the Walgreens Rewards card to get the savings though.

ImageMy youngest daughter and I already use the Raw Shea Butter Moisture Retention Shampoo and Restorative Conditioner. We are both pleased with how our hair has been responding to this combination.

ImageSince my youngest daughter already does a good job of taking care of her hair, I bought the Deep Treatment Masque and Extra-Moisture Detangler for her. I know she will continue with her hair routine using these products.

The Shea Moisture product line does make it easier to stick to a natural hair routine. 🙂

ULTA Haul: Featuring Urban Decay and Other Stuff

ULTA is currently having their 21 days of Beauty Steals. I went to ULTA the day the Urban Decay Travel-Size Trio was being offered for $12. I wasn’t thinking about this set until I went to pay for the false eyelashes. I was given a sample of the Naked Urban Decay Lipgloss because I purchased the Travel-Size Trio. The sales associate told me if I spend a total of $20 I get a free gift. The gift being offered was the It’s a Ten Miracle Leave-In. That’s why I bought the Eucerin lotion.

First Sally Beauty Supply Haul of 2014

To make sure I continue to take care of my hair during the Winter months, I went to Sally Beauty Supply. I decided to try another conditioner from the Ion Repair Solutions line. The Intensive Therapy Protein Rebuilder is a reconstructor for weak and damaged hair. Winter does stress out my hair so this conditioner is worth a try.

I also purchased bottles to make it easier for me to use the natural oils I purchased from Coastal Scents. I plan on making my own hot oil treatments too. 😉

Sally Beauty Supply Haul: Featuring Shea Moisture and Beautiful Collection

The first time I bought the Shea Moisture shampoo and conditioner was when it was buy one get one free at CVS. I barely had the chance to use the Shea Moisture shampoo and conditioner when my oldest daughter as to borrow it. Anyone with daughters knows whenever they ask to borrow something you rarely get it back. LOL! Since I had a coupon from Sally Beauty Supply I replaced my Shea Moisture shampoo and conditioner.

I also bought a Beautiful Collection semi-permanent hair color in Darkest Brown. I really like this brand because it leaves my hair soft. Need to cover up the grays. 😉

Sally Beauty Supply Haul: Featuring China Glaze and Ion

This past Friday I stopped by Sally Beauty Supply. Being a creature of habit I bought some China Glaze nail polishes. They always seem to have nice collections for the Holidays.

I bought the Dash of Dazzle and Touch of Twinkle sets. These sets were $7.99 each with my Sally Beauty Club Card.

I also purchased some deep conditioner for my hair. I’ve added the Ion Repair Solutions Effective Care Treatment to my hair routine. I made a promise to myself that I would take better care of my hair. In the past my hair would break off during the cold weather months.  I’ve made great progress this year and I want to retain my length.  The Ion Repair Solutions Effective Care Treatment packs were 99 cents each.
